I hold a PhD in a STEM field and currently work full-time in a corporate role where high performance, constant problem-solving, and mental endurance are part of everyday life.
For years, I struggled with chronic mental fatigue, inconsistent focus, and the feeling that I was always working hard but never sustainably. Traditional productivity advice made things worse. "Just rest" was never realistic.
What finally helped was building systems that worked with my brain, my energy, and my nervous system — not against them. I combined structured planning, intentional goal-setting, and reflective practices to regain focus without burning out.
Hustle with Harmony was born from that process. Everything I create is based on what I personally use to stay focused, grounded, and effective in a demanding STEM career.
